Bug Collection

The Bug Collection is a modular system that transforms from a lounge chair into sofas of various sizes, complemented by a selection of tables and ottomans. It is designed with the desire to create great comfort with a sustainable approach. The arches on all three sides enhance the comfort by taking advantage of the flexibility of the upholstery. Furthermore, the form is designed to emphasize that all parts can be disassembled. In the making of Bug, as few materials and ressoures as possible have been incorporated into the product — without compromising on comfort. The materials used are not only durable but also easy to separate into pure fractions, making Bug easy to recycle or repair. The construction is designed to minimise waste and optimise transport, as the furniture is delivered flat-packed. As a result, the overall climate impact is reduced across the entire value chain – from production to disposal.
